This secures your time and allows for seamless booking. 💰 Deposits Select services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your session: • $33+ services → $11 deposit • $66 services → $22 deposit • $77+ services → $33+ deposit • Extended services (2+ hrs) → 50% deposit Deposits are applied to your total at checkout. 📲 Booking + Preparation • Please book the service that best matches your desired outcome • All add-ons (art, toning, treatments, etc.) must be selected at booking • Inspiration photos are required in advance for custom work This ensures proper timing and the highest quality result. ⏰ Cancellations + Rescheduling • 24+ hours notice → no charge • Under 24 hours → 50% of service • No call / no show → 100% of service Reschedules are limited to maintain schedule integrity. 💳 Declined Payments If a card declines for any fee: • An invoice will be sent • Future bookings will be restricted until resolved 🎨 Color + Transformational Services • Consultation may be required prior to booking • Deposits are required for all major color services • Last-minute cancellations forfeit deposit Color is a collaborative process.
